Welcome to PC Consulting & Services. We are excited to partner with you on your career journey. Our goal is to enhance your chances of securing interviews by creating a strong and professional presence on paper, helping you get your foot in the door.

 

If you do not receive a job interview within two (2) months after receiving your final resume, we will provide a one-time resume revision at no additional cost. You must notify us in writing within two (2) months of receiving your final document. This offer applies to mid-level and senior-level resumes only.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) and PC Consulting & Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website, communications (including email and text), and services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. We reserve the right to reject orders if information provided is false or incomplete.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

Nature of Services

PC Consulting & Services connects clients with professional resume writers to provide customized career documents and recommendations.

While we strive to improve your job prospects, we do not guarantee interviews or job placement. Our services are intended to support your job search, and outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

 

LinkedIn Profile Services:
Clients will receive LinkedIn content in a Word document format. Clients are responsible for updating their own LinkedIn profiles, as we do not access personal accounts.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final once work has begun.

  • If work has not started, a full refund will be issued.

  • If an error is made on our end, we will correct it at no charge.

  • Each client receives up to two (2) revisions after the first draft. Client has up to 30 days to submit resume for revisions.

  • Additional revisions are available at $45 per revision.

 

No full or partial refunds will be issued after services have started.

 

Revisions

Revisions include minor updates such as:

  • Job title or description changes

  • Adding new experience or education

  • Grammar or formatting corrections

 

Revisions do not include complete redesigns or new formatting.

Promotional Communications

 

By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us, including updates, promotions, and service-related messages.

Limitation of Liability
